February Vacation Projects

Hope everyone is already enjoying their break!!

Don't forget to finish you "Solar System Projects"

You need to answer the Who/What/When/Where/Why/How questions that apply to your topic.

You need to have some sort of visual aid... PowerPoint, poster, demo activity, 3-D model... if you aren't sure about your idea, email me first to get approval.

You (and your partner) will be responsible for teaching a 5-minute "mini-lesson" to your class about your topic. It can be longer, but it needs to be AT LEAST 5 minutes.

You can create worksheets, quizzes, any sort of activity if you want for your classmates to do during your lesson.

IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE WITH THE TOPIC YOU CHOSE, EMAIL ME WITH YOUR NEW TOPIC IDEA

I will be available via email for the whole vacation, so if you have questions... please ask :)

Have a wonderful vacation!!

REMINDER: Jupiter grades will be updated by MONDAY, look for missing work, bring it in, and/or come see my about worksheets/activities that can be made up. TERM 3 ENDS THE FRIDAY AFTER WE COME BACK.

    1. There were no specific questions... but when researching your topic (ie. "The Sun") those are the types of things you should be thinking about. For example, Where is it? What is it made up of? What are some important characteristics (sun spots, solar flares, etc)? and so on....
